Good News!!!

Moms surgery went well. A few minor things, she had to stay in the hospital over night, but she is home now and doing really well! Matt and I brought her a laptop and we bought her a couple pairs of comfortable pants to lounge around in. She was so happy! She couldn't stop thanking us. LOL!

We visited Aunt Patty yesterday, it was nice to see her since I haven't seen her in a while. We had a nice visit. I get allergy shots every Thursday just a few minutes from her house. Hopefully next weekend we can visit again. That's about it for now. I'm getting ready to go to bed. I've got lots of cleaning to do tomorrow. I have been doing so much for mom that I haven't had time to take care of my own house. LOL!

I am back again! For the 3rd time!

Hello anyone who is reading this. I'm back! It's kinda cool to come back and read my old blogs. I made sure to print them out and use them for my wedding scrapbook.

Matt and I have moved into our own place again and we are loving it. It is so nice to have privacy and do our own thing again! Everything is going really well. I have gotten a new job cleaning houses and so far it is going ok. I had to call BK and ask them to give me a few hours here and there though because I would like some extra cash for the holidays.

My mom is having surgery tomorrow :( I am very nervous. I have to work tomorrow and cannot call in because there are not enough of us to clean houses and I don't want to screw things up with my new job....I'm not sure how I will be tomorrow knowing my mom is in surgery and all. I love her so much, I just hope that this helps her and she will feel better when it is all taken care of. I have been helping her clean and prepare for after the surgery but we didn't get as much done as I would have liked because I was really tired tonight for some reason. Well we will see how it goes.

Sick of being Sick

I am so sick of being sick! I have been sick since Saturday and out of work since last Monday!!! I have a sinus infection that spread to my throat, ear, and chest! I want to go back to work so bad! I thought I was finally getting better and was going to go to work today and then my body decided it was going to prove me wrong! I now have the highest fever I have had all week. This sucks! And my sore throat is coming back! What a way to start off a new marriage!

Matt's birthday was yesterday. I did as much as I could for him. Mary helped me decorate and she made him dinner. We got him a bannana cream pie from perkins instead of cake because we had so much cake from the wedding! He said even though it was simple, it was the best birthday he has had in years! I was so happy! I wish that I was healthier I would've done better.

Well I think that's it for now. I am laying here in bed as I have been for the last week and I am going to try to get some more sleep and let the fever burn off my infection!

We are married!!! Everything went good. There were a few things that almost went wrong but it turned out awesome!! I will tell more about it later I promise!!!

I'm getting married today!

Today is the day! I'm not even nervous, I'm just excited to get there. I'm alot more relaxed because Shane, the hotel manager is setting up the room for us. Well wish us luck! I don't have much more to say because I have to go get ready now. Bye!

Stupid People!

I am so mad right now! I was supposed to work at 11am and my Mom and Mary both were telling me that I shouldn't drive to work because the roads are bad. I told them both that I have to go in because I am one of the most reliable people and I don't feel that I should call in if I can get there. So I got dressed for work and started scraping my car at about quarter to 10. Then I left for work and stopped to get gas at the gas station that's not even a mile down the road and I was sliding all over the place the whole way there! I have bald tires on my car. Not cool. The roads are pure heavy slush! So I decided that there was no way to drive all the way to East Troy if I was having a hard time getting to the gas station. So I called work and Keith answered the phone. I told him flat out I'm not coming in today and told him why. He got all snippy and told me that I have to find someone to cover me and I told him I already tried to call Crystal and she can't. He said well Katie (my neighbor) drove to work today and she made it. I said oh yeah? What time? He said 6am and it was worse then. I said well that's good for katie she's gonna have fun getting home!Him too he drove there from Milwaukee. I told Keith that's too bad I'm not coming in. So Don took the phone and he was nicer than Keith and told me to call some kids because they are out of school. So I said ok I would call him when I got home and I did but he had to let me go right away because he was busy. He said he would call me back and never did. So I'm taking that as he can handle it. But here I am stressing out because they couldn't just let it go. They actually expected me to drive there in this crap!!! UUUGGGHHHH!!! I don't think they believed me! I think they just thought I was making up an excuse or something! I can't let it get to me. I know I'm doing the right thing by staying home but they sure do a good job of making me feel bad for not risking my life or my car for them!

We had a visitor tonight that didn't mind the ice and snow so much! He's so cute!!
